The signals at Broadway and Pacific will not function until this evening. Ongoing projects:...

* Themis Street from Frederick to Pacific streets will close for asphalt overlay. Preparations for that work could cause traffic delays.

* Frederick from Broadway to William streets will be closed for asphalt overlay. Delays are expected while the road is prepared and curb and gutter work finished.

* Traffic on Good Hope from Frederick to Sprigg Street will be delayed while the road is prepared for overlay.

* Eight signal controllers in the downtown area will be changed this week. During the work, the intersection will revert to four-way stops without signals. Traffic will be slow and caution is advised.

The signals at Broadway and Pacific will not function until this evening.

* Work is being done on Independence from Sprigg to Water streets and motorists should use caution while driving through the construction area.

Ongoing projects:

* Broadway will be closed to eastbound traffic between Clark and Caruthers avenues. Traffic will be detoured to Thilenius. Various other street intersections along Broadway from Clark to Perry may be closed periodically for utility construction. Detour routes will be posted.

* Gordonville Road from Edgewood to St. Francis Drive will be closed for the next three to four weeks to allow for construction of Silver Springs extension. A new access route to the St. Francis Medical Center is available from the completed portion of the new Silver Springs Road.
