Twin daughter and son to Kenneth Eugene and Karen Jean Foltz of Burfordville, Southeast Missouri Hospital, Tuesday, Oct. 27, 1998. Kelly Ann was born at 1:06 a.m. and weighed 4 pounds 12 ounces. Kenneth Eugene Jr. was born at 1:09 a.m. and weighed 4 pounds 4 ounces. Mrs. Foltz is the former Karen Owen. Foltz is a truck driver with Genesis Transportation.
