Second daughter. Ms. Conrad is the daughter of Pete and Sandy Goodheart of Cape Girardeau and William and Betty Conrad of Fredericktown. Garcia is the son of Hector and Cindy Garcia of Cape Girardeau. He is employed at Ace Tree Service and Landscaping.

Myer

Son to Specialist Joseph Trent and Tracy Anne Myer of Lawton, Okla., Reynolds Army Community Hospital in Fort Sill, Okla., 9:58 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, 1997. Name, Hunter Logan. Weight, 6 pounds 2 ounces. Mrs. Myer is the former Tracy Lowes, daughter of Marilyn Lowes of Jackson and the late Ron Lowes. Myer is the son of Richard and Jill Myer of Jackson. He is an instructor at the Army Artillery Training Center in Fort Sill.

Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Fellows is the former Martha Myers, daughter of Raymond and Jean Myers of Cape Girardeau. Fellows is the son of Floyd and Loretta Fellows of Cape Girardeau. He is employed in the warehouse at Procter & Gamble.

Mrs. Sander is the former Veronica Schauer, daughter of Guy and Marcia Schwab of Cape Girardeau. She is employed at Alliance Blue Cross Blue Shield. Sander is the son of Joe and Helen Sander of Sikeston. He is employed by city of Cape Girardeau in the engineering division.

Meyr

Twin daughters to Bradley Todd and Paula Jo Meyr of Jackson, Southeast Missouri Hospital, Thursday, Oct. 2, 1997. Tayla Brooke was born at 10:09 p.m. and weighed 6 pounds. Logan Nicole was born at 10:29 p.m. and weighed 4 pounds 15 ounces. First children. Mrs. Meyr is the former Paula Bollinger, daughter of Larry and Dorothy Bollinger of Jackson.
