Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Owens is the former Tammy Crow, daughter of Billy and Ethel Crow of Cape Girardeau. She is employed at Missouri Veterans Home. Owens is the son of Vin and Judy Owens of Cape Girardeau. He is employed at CPS Trailer in Oran.
