Mrs. Limbaugh is the former Lisa Stephenson, daughter of Anormalee Stephenson of Tell City, Ind., and the late Robert L. Stephenson Jr. Limbaugh is an attorney with Limbaugh, Russell, Payne and Howard. He is the son of Mildred Limbaugh of Cape Girardeau and the late Rush H. Limbaugh Jr.

Lummus

Son to Lee and Monica Lummus of St. Louis, St. Luke's Hospital there, 2:53 p.m. Friday, Aug. 4, 1995. Name, Brennen Lee. Weight, 7 pounds 3 ounces. First child, Mrs. Lummus is the former Monica Hoover, daughter of Wayne and Bev Hoover of Cape Girardeau. She is employed by State of Missouri. Lummus is a CPA with Baird, Kurtz and Dobson. He is the son of Jim and Linda Lummus of Cape Girardeau.

Sippy

Son to the Rev. Jeffrey and Cynthia Sippy, 1561 Briarcliff, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 9:27 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, 1995. Name, Jason Andrew. Weight, 8 pounds 15 ounces. Third son. Mrs. Sippy is the former Cynthia Stuckmeyer, daughter of Mel and Agnes Stuckmeyer of Columbia, Ill. She is a perfusionist at Southeast Hospital. Sippy is pastor at Hanover Lutheran Church. He is the son of Don and Lita Sippy of Auburn, Wash.

Woodard

Son to James and Christine Woodard of Jackson, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 11:23 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, 1995. Name, Dakota James. Weight, 7 pounds 9 ounces. Mrs. Woodard is the former Christine Denton, daughter of Gerald and Margaret Denton of Jackson. She is an assembly worker at Horizon Music. Woodard is a sales representative with Horizon Music. He is the son of Bettye Woodard of Jackson.

Mace
