ST. LOUIS -- After a day of preliminaries, Cape Central's girls swimming team had four relay teams get a top-eight seed at the Marquette Relays Friday.
Central's 300 butterfly consisting of Mary Beth Owen, Marci Kester and Casey Brennan, got the sixth seed.

Kelly Green, Laura Canupp, Brennan and Owen got the eighth seed in the 400 medley.
Green, Kester and Owen took third place in the 900 progression and Jennifer Taylor, Sarah Abercrombie, Terra Herzberger and Magin Patrick got the eighth seed in the 400 free relay.
