Bridgett Riley held the Lady Bulldogs to five hits as Kelly continued its stellar softball season with a 5-2 road victory at Notre Dame High School.

Riley struck out six batters and allowed just single runs in the second and third innings. Riley, who walked four, received all the run support she would need in a three-run first that featured two Notre Dame errors, a walk and a hits batsmen. Kelly added two insurance runs in the fifth.

Riley, Megan Beggs and Allison Johnson each had three hits for Kelly (15-2).

Romana Blankenship suffered the loss for Notre Dame (15-8), allowing nine hits in going the distance. She struck out five and walked two.

Sara Berkbigler had two of Notre Dame's five hits.

"We were right in there until the sixth inning," said Notre Dame coach Chris Janet. "Another error opened the door. You can't do that against a good team."

Poplar Bluff 13, Delta 0

DELTA, Mo. -- Poplar Bluff lashed out 18 hits in a six-inning victory over Delta.

Rebecca Cook, suffered the loss for Delta (4-7), allowing all of Poplar Bluff's hits while striking out three and walking four.

Delta's offense consisted of two hits off the bats of Rebecca Below and Alexis Nussbaum.

Poplar Bluff led 6-0 after two innings and took an 8-0 lead into the sixth, where it scored five times to enact the 10-run rule.

Advance 15-15

Bloomfield 10-11

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Dana Williams recorded 13 kills as Advance swept aside Bloomfield.

Emily Johnson added nine kills and two blocks; Shelby Becker had three aces; and Amber Bond dished out 33 assists. Advance improved to 15-5-2 on the season.

Bloomfield won the JV contest 15-9, 15-10.

Solid Rock 15-14-15

Eagle Ridge 9-16-10

Ashley Hughes notched seven service points and 25 assists in Eagle Ridge's three-set loss.

Amber Karnes totaled six service points and four kills for Eagle Ridge (3-4) while Rachel Carbaugh had six kills and five service points.

Leopold JV Tournament

LEOPOLD, Mo. -- Meadow Heights captured the Leopold JV Tournament with a 2-0-1 record in round robin play.

Leopold placed second with a 1-0-2 record while Zalma placed third and Oak Ridge fourth.
