SCOTT CITY -- Jackson High's volleyball team closed out its best regular season ever with a 27-2-2 record by rolling past host Scott City 15-2, 15-6 Wednesday night.

Heather Brown had 17 assists while Andrea Koeper had seven kills and three blocks to lead the Lady Indians. Chrissi Glastetter added three kills and 11 digs.

Jackson will carry the No. 1 seed into next week's Class 4A, District 1 Tournament at North County.

The Indians' junior varsity prevailed 15-7, 17-15 while Jackson's freshmen won 16-14, 15-6.
