Northern Illinois won the meet by shooting 307. Rounding out the top five were Marquette (308), Southeast (309), St. Francis (Ill.) (318) and Eastern Illinois (319).

The tournament was moved from Lick Creek Golf Course in Pekin, Ill., to The Rail because of snow. Also, the meet was shortened from 54 holes to 18.

The tournament medalist was Mike Suhre of Northern Illinois. Suhre shot a 1-over-par 73.

For Southeast, Derek Rahlman and Jason Owen both shot 75 and tied for third on the individual leaderboard. Ryan Florek shot 79, Shawn Edgar 80 and Matt Claybaugh 85.
