SCHOOL BOARD CANDIDATES TO BE IN FORUM
The League of Women Voters will co-sponsor a Voter's Forum with the Southeast Missouri State University political science department at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Dempster Hall's Glenn Auditorium. Cape Girardeau school board candidates have been invited to participate. The League of Women Voters will co-sponsor a Voter's Forum with the Southeast Missouri State University political science department at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Dempster Hall's Glenn Auditorium.
Cape Girardeau school board candidates have been invited to participate. They are: William Bird, Bob Clank, Debra Mitchell Braxton, Marty Clay, Gary McIntire, Sharon Mueller, Andrew Ostrowski and Tina Trickey.
The candidates will be presented with a series of questions. Each will respond with timed answers giving their views of school issues.

Dr. Peter Bergerson, chairman of the political science department, will be moderator.
The forum is presented as a way to give voters additional information prior to the April 6 election.
The university's mass communications department will video tape the forum to be aired on public access channel 5.
