'YOUTH CATCH AND RELEASE DAY' MAY 15
The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department will teach area children about fishing during the annual "Youth Catch and Release Day." The event will be held May 15 at Capaha Lagoon from 8:30 a.m. to noon. The Optimist Club will provide lunch after the fishing event.
