Janice Kelly, 61, and Andrew Vanbebber, 25, were both taken by ambulance to Dexter Memorial Hospital. The accident occurred at 5:38 p.m. Friday on Route J, 2 miles west of Bloomfield.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the collision occurred as Kelly's westbound vehicle turned left into the path of Vanbebber's eastbound vehicle.
