Columbia made the list of 25 U.S. cities offering "lifestyle alternatives and special amenities for individual retirement choices."
Columbia was also recognized last summer by "Kiplinger's Personal Finance Magazine" as "Tops for Health Care" in its "Great Places to Retire" list.
