BUSINESS PERSONNEL: CHSE DESIGNATIONS

Jason Emmenderfer and Andrea Siemer, physical therapists at Southeast Missouri Hospital's Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, have completed requirements for Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

The program was initiated in 1985 to identify professionals who possess the knowledge and skills to design and implement safe and effective strength and conditioning programs. As strength and conditioning specialists, Emmenderfer and Siemer will educate and train athletes in proper strength training and conditioning practices.

Emmenderfer, an employee at Southeast since 1997, is a graduate of University of Missouri-Columbia.

Siemer is also a graduate of Missouri.

Both are members of the American Physical Therapy Association and National Strength and Conditioning Association.
