Rick Sparks, business and industry specialist with University of Missouri Outreach and Extension at Jackson, and Buz Sutherland, director of the Small Business Development Center at Southeast Missouri State University, will be guest speakers at a "How to Start and Manage a Small Business" seminar at the extension office May 27.

The session, from 2 to 5 p.m., is free to any Chamber of Commerce member in the area. Non-chamber members may attend for $20.
