"See the Trainer, The Sports Medicine Store," combines advice of experienced health care professionals with sports medicine products.

The company employs licensed physical therapists and certified athletic trainings to help customers select and fit products, ranging from back, knee, ankle and wrist braces, to computer-designed, custom foot orthotics.

"We're not a clinic, but we are experts in sports medicine products," said Ed Rinda, physical therapist, and owner of the franchise store in Cape Girardeau. "We offer braces and supports for every major joint in the body, along with licensed professional to fit them and answer your questions."

See The Trainer carries a full line of orthopedic/sports medicine products and athletic training suppliers,, including custom foot orthotics by AmFit, a computerized scanner which produces accurate impression of the foot.

The new store will be open, 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Month through Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
