CARUTHERSVILLE -- The Mississippi River bridge connecting Missouri and Tennessee at Caruthersville was shut down Sunday by the U.S. Coast Guard after a barge struck it.
I-155 was shut down for about 3 hours at the recommendation of the Coast Guard when a barge struck the bridge, the Missouri Highway Patrol said.
