This week the Southeast Missourian asked, "What would you like to see more of in the Southeast Missourian?"

"I just go to the sports pages usually and that's it. I like to see basketball, baseball and just the basics."

"It's a pretty full newspaper. I like news. I've been taking the Southeast Missourian now for 25 years. I don't think there's anything they can do to make it better."

"I go straight to sports. Really, I just look for the local stuff since I get (news) through the Internet. I'd like to see more in the sports pages of NHL coverage and because that's what I look for right away like even in the Stanley Cup finals and stuff. I would like to see more NHL coverage and sports coverage from some of the less popular major sports such as the NHL."

"I want the NASCAR Winston Cup. They use to run it when they have their qualifying. They use to print that and they don't do that anymore."

"I like Speak Out. I like the weddings and engagements and stuff like that and the prayer. Something we miss in the newspaper is stock car racing. They don't have it in Benton any more but they race in Malden. All of our sponsors are here in Cape, Jackson and Scott City."
