The rally, which is sponsored by the U.S. Taxpayers Party, will start at 7 p.m. and feature presentations by Peg Luksik and Ellen Craswell.

Debbie Hopper, vice-chairman of the party, said the rally is the first in a series of rallies based on the party's main beliefs.

Luksik will speak on "Pro-Life, No Exceptions, No Compromise," and is the co-author of "Outcome Based Education, the State's Assault on Our Children." She is a gubernatorial candidate in Pennsylvania, where she has run for the office before.

Craswell will give a speech titled "Raising a Standard in the Political Arena." She was a 40-year member of the Republican Party before joining the U.S. Taxpayers Party. She was a candidate for governor in Washington.
