MARSTON -- A Texas man was killed early Wednesday when his tractor-trailer hit another truck on Interstate 55.

Clarence Allen, 54, of San Antonio, Texas, was pronounced dead at the scene about two miles north of Marston in New Madrid County.

The driver and a passenger in the other truck suffered minor injuries. Driver Junior Wells, 33, and passenger Erica Drummond, 25, both of McComb, Miss., were transported to Pemiscot Memorial Hospital.
