Southeast Missouri State University Center

* Conferred degrees for 1998 winter commencement.

* Approved a new minor in logistics management.

* Changed Southeast Missouri State University's department of secondary education to middle and secondary education.

* Established the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and Small Business Management, the Manufacturing Technology Resource Center and the Center for Economic and Business Research.

* Approved a cooperative program in engineering management with the University of Missouri-Rolla.

* Accepted the fiscal 1998 audit report.

* Reappointed Dr. Ken Dobbins, executive vice president, to the Show Me Center Board of Managers.

* Received reports announcing accreditation of the athletic training education program and the industrial technology program.
