Coldwell Banker Hamilton Realty is expanding its business services, to include a full line of commercial services under the name, Coldwell Banker Commercial Hamilton Realty.

"Coldwell Banker was founded more than 90 years ago as a commercial real estate company," said Martha Hamilton, of Coldwell Banker Hamilton Realty. "Adding commercial service under the name Coldwell Banker will give us significant competitive advantages when it comes to referrals, education, marketing, technology and name recognitions."

Coldwell Banker has more than 350 commercial offices in the United States.

Coldwell Banker Hamilton Realty has been involved in residential and commercial sales in the Cape Girardeau for more than 15 years, with 28 sales associations and branches in both Cape Girardeau and Jackson.

Gary Lynch and Roger Moore will specialize in commercial real estate. Both are longtime Southeast Missouri residents. Lynch lives in Cape Girardeau and Moore lives in Perryville.
