The new corporation -- Finch-Temples-Van Weelden-Riley LLC (FTVR) -- has contracted with the Charles Crane Agency in St. Louis, to be a satellite office in Southeast Missouri.

The two local companies have focused on employee benefits, health, life and retirement lines of insurance. The contract with Crane will allow FTVR to provide commercial property and casualty and preferred personal lines insurance directory with the companies Crane represents. Crane, established in 1885, represents all major property and casualty insurance companies.
