The citizens committee, which formed to induce the state to build the interchange on I-55 near Oak Ridge north of the Fruitland exit, called the meeting to answer questions people might have about the state's plans, said Brenda Schoen, chairwoman of the committee.

Officials of the Missouri Department of Transportation will make a presentation showing the proposed layout and telling what needs to be done before it builds the interchange, Shoen said.
