Arrests:

Gary L. Winkelmann II, 18, of House Springs was arrested July 14 for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Leonard A. Lowes, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Friday on a warrant from Jefferson County for default in a payment of a fine.

Barbara Ann Weigel, 40, of 621 East Adams, Apt. #2, was arrested Friday for stealing.

Reuben E. Amelunke, 48, of 316 Adams, was arrested Friday for assault.

Theft:

A theft was reported July 13 from the 900 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

A theft was reported July 14 from the 300 block of East Adams.

A theft and burglary were reported July 14 from the 100 block of North Neal.

A theft was reported July 16 in the 100 block of South High.

A theft was reported Thursday in the 500 block of West Independence.

A theft was reported July 15 in the 1200 bock of Brandom Street.

Citgo reported a theft Thursday.

Rhodes 101 reported a theft Friday.

Property damage:

Property damage was reported July 14 in the 500 block of Donna.

Property damage and assault were reported Thursday in the 200 block of West Washington.

Property damage was reported Saturday in the 200 block of North Farmington.

Miscellaneous:

A pink wallet found July 13.

A disruptive patron wasreported on July 13 at the Days Inn Motel.

Tool boxes were reported found July 13 on Ridge Road.

Domestic disturbance was reported July 15 in the 400 block of North Neal.

A dog bite was reported July 15 in the 1000 block of Kent Street.

A runaway juvenile was reported July 16 in the 800 block of Andrew.

Possible animal abuse was reported on July 16 in the 200 block of Morgan.

A burglary was reported July 16 in the 300 block of North Georgia.

An attempted burglary was reported Friday at Highway 61 North and Sunset Drive at the Jackson Youth Baseball League Brookside Park.
