David Porter, a Kansas City attorney and associate in the labor and employment law practice group of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosental, will conduct the workshop.

The "garnishments" portion of the seminar will focus on the more common types of garnishments and employers' rights in fulfilling such garnishment orders.

The "wage and hour" portion will focus on the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and its application to business.
