The 200-by-300-foot, 60,000-square-foot speculative building, designed by the Cape Girardeau architectural firm of Sebek, Alberson and Associates, on an eight-acre tract in the Nash Road Industrial Park, is ready for sale or lease.

There is already some interest in the new building, noted Mitch Robinson, executive director of the Cape Girardeau Area Industrial Recruitment Association. "We're already showing it."
