The new 24-hour news network owned by Rupert Murdoch is scheduled to sign on Monday at 5 a.m.

A 10-minute news segment will be a fixture every half-hour around the clock. During the day, the other 20 minutes will be devoted to special topics such as health, politics or business. During the evening, the updates will be part of hourlong shows, interviews and in-depth reports.
