CENTRAL'S MARCHING TIGERS EARN TROPHY AT ROLLA
The Marching Tigers of Cape Girardeau Central High School won the second-place trophy at the Route 66 Classic Marching Festival, recently at Rolla. The band competed in Class 4A, which included five bands. The band won first place in the marching and maneuvers category and earned trophies for outstanding drum line and outstanding soloist.
The 131 members wil travel to Park Hills for their fourth seasonal competition Saturday.
