The Cape Girardeau County Christian Women's Club luncheon and meeting will be Dec. 9 from noon to 2 p.m. at Holiday Inn. The theme is "A Williamsburg Christmas Luncheon."

A feature on "Colonial Williamsburg Decorations" will be given by Jeanne Friedrich.

Speaker will be Pat Briley of Nashville, Tenn. Her topic is "Good Tidings."

Soloist will be Lisa Neal.

Cost for the meal is $8.

Complimentary daycare will be provided for children to age 10. Reservations for lunch and/or daycare are required and should be made by Thursday by calling Linda Lummus at 334-4259. Cancellations should also be made by calling the above number.

The Christian Women's Club is an inter-denominational organization of women with no charges or membership fees.

There are more than 2,300 chapters in the United States and Canada, and 85 chapters overseas.
