The Federal Land Bank serves more than 1,200 stockholders in a dozen Southeast Missouri counties. Board members include Fred Ferrell of Charleston, chairman; Charles Parker of Senath, vice chairman; Charles Jennings Jr. of Sikeston; James Yount of Sedgewickville; Mike Nelson of Poplar Bluff; Claude Whitener of Hayti; J. G. Johnson of Vanduser; and Thomas Fisher of Portageville.
