Cape Girardeau City Manager Michael Miller and Cape Girardeau school official, Richard Bollwerk, will be speakers at the August meeting of the West Cape Merchants Association, to be held at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 27 at Dumplin's Restaurant. Miller will present an update and review of Cape Girardeau, its progress and planning.
