Williford's Buffet has opened at Delta.

The restaurant, operated by Winston and Pam Williford, features a variety of entrees, including smoked ribs, catfish, meat loaf and chicken.

"Catfish is served on Friday and ribs on Sunday," said Williford, who formerly owned Take-Five Catering at Charleston.

Takeout ribs by the side are available with 24-hour notice, said Williford.

The restaurant on Route 25 South is open from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
