NEW BUSINESS ON THE STREET: NEW MANAGEMENT

The Runway Restaurant at Cape Girardeau Regional Airport is under new management.

Trevier Minton of West Frankfort, Ill. recently assumed operation of the restaurant.

Minton has restaurant and grocery store management experience.

New restaurant hours will be 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

The restaurant will be open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.

The restaurant's Snack Bar will be open from 2 to 10 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and from 2 to midnight Thursday through Saturday.

"We're adding some nightly specials to the menu," said Minton. "We'll experiment with the menu awhile before deciding on a permanent one."

Minton added that the restaurant is also available for bookings during the evening.
