A photo contest will be held, sponsored by the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri, for the Balloons & Arts Festival '95, July 21-23, at Cape Girardeau Regional Airport. The contest is open to all photographers, and entry forms are available at area photography outlets, and the Arts Council office.

Entries must be 5"x7" (or larger) matted prints of events taking place at the Balloons & Arts Festival '95. Entries will be judged on the best representation of the Balloons & Arts Festival '95 and the winning photo will receive a $100 U.S. Savings Bond, donated by Commerce Bank of Cape Girardeau.

All entries will be displayed at Commerce Bank of Cape Girardeau after the judging is completed. Photographers may enter as many photos as they wish, with an entry fee of $5 per photo. The Arts Council reserves the exclusive right to reproduce the winning entry for publicity of Balloons & Arts Festival '96. Entries must be mailed, with completed entry form, fees and return envelope (for photos) to:

Hand-delivered entries will be received at Gallery 100, 1707 Mt. Auburn Road during the hours of 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m., weekdays, through Thursday, Aug. 31, 1995.
