ENTRIES FOR PEACH FAIR PAGEANT BEING ACCEPTED
Entries are being accepted for the Miss Missouri Peach Fair Pageant to be held in the Campbell Community Building in Campbell Aug. 12 at 7 p.m. To be eligible, women must be single and never have married and between 16 and 20. The winner will be eligible to compete in the Missouri State Fair Queen Pageant in Sedalia if she meets all of its qualifications.
Entry fee is $20, and the deadline for entry is Aug. 2. For information contact Earline Lawrence at 246-2086 or 246-2133 or Margee Hays at 246-3171.
Girls 13 to 15 may enter the Junior Miss Peach Queen Pageant, which is scheduled for the fairgrounds Aug. 19 at 8:45 p.m. The entry fee also is $20. For information contact Judy Demaree at 246-2297.
