CHAMBER OFFERS PHOTO CONTEST
The Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a photo contest. The winning photo will be made into a postcard for the city. Photographers may submit recent photos taken in the city or photos to be taken at upcoming events.
