The property includes buildings housing the Dairy Queen at 913 Broadway, SEMO Laundry at 123 N. Pacific, Executive Engraving at 909 Broadway and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

"The property also includes eight apartments," Bockhorst said.

Two business spaces are vacant and available for lease, in the amounts 3,000 and 1,500 square feet.

The former "Last Chance" Saloon, a historic building that housed a bar or tavern for more than 100 of its 120 years, has been taken down at the corner of Broadway and Pacific. A new parking lot to serve the new Broadway Court has been added at that corner.
