The Cape Girardeau Municipal Band will perform tonight at 8 p.m. at the Capaha Park band shell. The concert is free. Donna Hanschen, chairman of the 1995 Area Wide United Way campaign, is the celebrity guest conductor. The band will perform "Gallito," a Spanish march; "Il Re Pastore" by Mozart; "Annie Laurie," featuring a tuba solo by Charles Kelly; "An American In Paris" by George Gershwin; "Manhattan Beach March" by Sousa; "Malaguena;" "Phantom of the Opera" and selections from "Aladdin."...

Those attending should bring a lawn chair. In case of rain, the concert will be held in Academic Auditorium on the Southeast Missouri State University campus.
