MOREHOUSE -- A Morehouse man was killed in a single-vehicle accident early Thursday. Thomas Alford, 47, of Morehouse was killed when his car ran off Route Z in Scott County about a mile north of Morehouse. Thomas Alford, 47, of Morehouse was killed when his car ran off Route Z in Scott County about a mile north of Morehouse. It struck a culvert and overturned, ejecting him from the vehicle, the Missouri Highway Patrol said.
