POST-DISPATCH NEWSPAPER SPONSORS SPELLING BEE

For the 10th consecutive year, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch is sponsoring a spelling bee.

Registration for the bee is open but forms should be returned by Nov. 10.

The spelling bee is conducted by local schools and winners advance to a semi-final round.

The spellers who qualify at the semi-final level will advance to the final held March 16, 1996, at the St. Louis Art Museum. The national spelling bee competition will be held in May.
