A Clubb resident was killed in a one-vehicle accident Monday in Wayne County.

William D. Dorris, 57, was killed when his car ran off the road and hit a concrete embankment, said the Missouri Highway Patrol. Dorris was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle.
The accident occurred at 1:25 p.m. about a half mile west of Clubb on Highway 34.
