Consent Ordinances (Second and third readings)

Execute a license and indemnity agreement to place a temporary gravel street on Dixie Boulevard right of way.

Prohibit on-street parking on a section of South Sprigg.

Grant a special use permit to Red Oak Estates to operate a sales office at 1005 Emily Court.

Grant a special use permit to East Missouri Action Agency to operate community action programs at 1111 Linden.

Prohibit parking on a section of Caruthers Avenue.

Authorize the placement of a stop sign at Whitener and Caruthers.

Increase water charges 3 percent, effective Jan. 1.

New Ordinances (First readings)

Accept easements for Twin Lakes Subdivision sewers.

Expand the airport, convention and visitors, and golf course boards from seven to nine members.

Expand the historic preservation, planning and zoning commissions, and the park board from nine to 11 members.

Expand the Board of Appeals from five to seven members.

Resolutions

Approve contract for administration of the flood buyout program.

Adopt policies for special tax bill assessments for Transportation Trust Fund projects.

Award $44,000 contract to J.W. Strack Construction for the Independence Street right turn lane and the Greenbrier Street connection improvements.

Award $598,646 contract to Robinson Construction Co. for sewer separation project.

Award $316,167 contract to Robinson Construction Co. for trunk sewer project.

Increase investment committee from three to five members.

To the Convention and Visitors Advisory Board, Vision 2000 Community Relations Council, Board of Examiners, Board of Adjustment, Board of Appeals and Park Development Foundation.

Reconsider charter amendment on licensing of trades.

Reconsider charter amendment on granting franchises.
