The United Ostomy Association will hold a picnic at Cape Girardeau County Park Shelter No. 5 on July 13 at 6 p.m.

Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish, beverage and utensils. Meat will be provided.

A volunteer organization, UOA's goal is to reduce the practical and emotional burdens of those who have undergone ostomy surgery so that they may function as fully as possible both socially and physically.
