A local church has set up a trust fund for a Cape Girardeau man injured last month in a fall at work.

On July 12, Larry Miget, owner of Miget Service Co. in Cape Girardeau, fell while working. He suffered a skull fracture, a broken neck and spinal cord damage, rendering him paralyzed.

Miget was married in July 1993, and he and his wife are expecting their first child next month.

A trust fund has been set up at Boatmen's Bank by the Christian Faith Fellowship Church to receive donations that will help pay for medical bills, rehabilitation, recovery and handicapped costs.

Checks made payable to the Larry Miget Trust Fund can be mailed or hand delivered to Boatmen's Bank, care of Ken Hayden, 2001 William, Cape Girardeau, Mo. 63701.
