OAK RIDGE SCHEDULES PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES

The Oak Ridge R-VI Schools will have first-quarter parent-teacher conferences Thursday from 1 to 8 p.m. Classes will be dismissed at 12:20 p.m. that day.

There will be no school and no conferences Friday.

Elementary classroom teachers are scheduling appointments for parents during the conference hours. Junior and senior high school teachers will be in the school's cafeteria for conferences with the parents as they pick up their children's grade sheets.

School district officials say they expect all parents to attend the conferences.
