Parking will be restricted to designated parts of the city due to the Southeast Missouri State Homecoming Parade next Saturday at 9 a.m. The Cape Girardeau Police Department said that beginning next Saturday at 2 a.m., parking will be prohibited on both sides of Broadway from North West End Boulevard to Main Street; on Main Street from Broadway to William; on North West End Boulevard from Broadway to Dunklin; and on North Louisiana 500 feet south from Broadway...

Officers will post signs and use other control devices.

Parking will go back to normal after the parade.

Vehicles parked after 2 a.m., will be towed from the street.
