POPLAR BLUFF -- Arts and crafts exhibitors are invited to participate in an arts and crafts show being held in conjunction with the Black River Festival in Poplar Bluff.

The show will be held in the Smiley container warehouse downtown July 2 and 3 from noon to 5 p.m.
