The American Red Cross has scheduled blood drives today in Cape Girardeau and Sunday in Leopold.

The drive today will be held at Boatmen's Bank, 2 S. Mount Auburn Road, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the bank conference room. It is sponsored by the bank.

The drive at Leopold will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the Leopold Elementary School. It is sponsored by the Leopold High School and Ladies Sodality. T-shirts will be given to all donors.

To be eligible to give blood, donors must weigh at least 110 pounds and be at least 17 years old. Donors can give every eight weeks.
