OPTIMIST CHILI DAY IS WEDNESDAY
The Cape Girardeau Noon Optimist annual Chili Day will be held Wednesday at the A.C. Brase Arena Building. Serving will be from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The menu includes chili, dessert and drink. Hot dogs are also available. Tickets are $4 for adults and $2 for children under 10...

Tickets are available from any Noon Optimist Club member or at the door.
Chili Day is the Cape Girardeau Noon Optimist Club's major project to earn money to support these youth events: Youth Tackle Football, indoor soccer, bicycle safety week, oratorical contests, essay contests, youth appreciation week, playground equipment for Cape Girardeau County Park, and other youth projects.
Chairman of this year's Chili Day is Scott Raines.
